NATIONAL INVESTMENT BOARD (NIB) SECRETARIAT IN TRANSITION

Following the enactment of the National Investment Board (NIB) Act, Act No. 49 of 2022, the Secretariat of the NIB is pleased to inform all investors, exporters, and the entire public that it has commenced an incorporation-transition with the agencies Sierra Leone Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SLIEPA), Corporate Affairs Commission, Office of the Administrator and Registrar General (OARG) and Public Private Partnership (PPP) Unit) under its supervision. The Secretariat, therefore, encourages all to continue working with the aforementioned agencies whilst the process of transitioning continues.
