Appropriate Staff Levels

SLIEPA hires the best people, keeps them motivated, and trains them to be professionals. The staff level attained in 2008 will suffice until available tasks demands more hands. The Agency endeavours to maintain professionalism, dynamism, and efficiency at all times. The management is headed by a Chief Executive Officer supported by a Director for Investment Promotion, a Director of Marketing and Communication and a Director for Export Development. The three directors are responsible to manage the related departments and report to the CEO.
